Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy – The Vision believes in helping its customers and consumers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Most of our events and services are free always. Sometime, we may charge a small fee for physical events, to arrange venue and food for the participants.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained, if you have received the service fully, like any training, workshop or conference.

In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. Check contact us page for contact details.

(refund would be proceed only in case if you have made payment more than once for the same item)
